I know the 80's were effed the eff up, but damn do I get nostalgic when I see footage like this and hear records like this again. I used to stay up late at night with the fingers ready to press the play and record button at the same time on the boombox listening to the radio. Year's later, my last residency before father duties took me out of the game were playing a mixture of records like this, acid classics and nu-wave in a cozy north denver dive bar, but that's definitely a blog post all by itself.
